Andrew Kelly is the Yarra Riverkeeper and a member of the Birrarung Council. He has had a long-term interest in landscape architecture and the role it plays in regenerating the landscape. He has an interest in urban planning and played a crucial role in the Yarra Planning Controls, both their initiation and the making of the temporary controls permanent.
